Crualitics SMS Program (A2P Compliance)

Program Description

Cruality LLC operates Crualitics, a mental-wellness and personal-development web application. The SMS program sends (1) user-requested transactional account-security messages, including one-time passcodes, password-reset codes, and phone-verification codes, and (2) optional non-marketing wellness reminders, including check-ins, journaling reminders, and goal reminders, only to registered users who provide separate affirmative consent. Crualitics does not send third-party promotions, advertising, or unsolicited crisis-intervention texts. Message frequency varies; optional reminders may be up to one message per day when enabled. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to cancel and HELP for assistance. Consent to optional wellness texts is not a condition of purchase.

How Users Opt In

Users opt in through the Crualitics registration and account interfaces at https://www.crualitics.com/start.

Account-security SMS (user-requested)

For a user-requested SMS security function, the user enters a mobile number and sees this disclosure before submission:

“By entering my mobile number and requesting an SMS security function, I agree that Cruality LLC may send automated Crualitics account-security text messages to that number, including verification and password-reset codes. Message frequency varies based on my requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

Optional wellness reminders (separate consent)

Optional wellness reminders require a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default. The checkbox states:

“I agree to receive automated Crualitics wellness reminder text messages from Cruality LLC at the mobile number I provided.”

Directly beneath it, users see:

“Messages may include check-ins, journaling reminders, and goal reminders. Message frequency varies and may be up to one message per day when enabled. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

Consent records include the number, disclosure version, timestamp, source, and opt-in category.

Crualitics reminder: Your scheduled wellness check-in is ready. Open Crualitics when you are ready. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Goal reminder

Crualitics reminder: A goal you scheduled is due today. Open Crualitics to review it. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt-Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to cancel. STOP suppresses further automated texts from the program except a legally permitted final confirmation:

Crualitics: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further automated text messages from this number. Reply START to re-enroll where available.

START is supported as a re-enrollment keyword; renewed consent is recorded.
